Rosemary

Lemon

Butter

Chicken Stock

Salt & Pepper

Garlic

Pat dry The chicken thighs with a Kitchen Towel. Then season well on both the sides

On a hot skillet place the chicken thigh skin side down in a single layer.

Add butter and garlic

1. Add lemon juice, Chicken Stock. Rosemary and Lemon wedges. 2. Bake in a pre heated oven until done.
