Cook together chopped mushrooms stems and garlic.

Mix together all the ingredients for the stuffing.

For the crunchy topping mix Parmesan, Butter, Panko, Salt and Pepper in a bowl.

Stuff the mushroom cavities generously with mixture by pressing it gently.

Hold the mushroom cups and roll it gently on the crunchy topping mix and bake it for 18-20mins
