Pork Chops in Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Sear seasoned pork chops.

Roast mushroom until caramelized.

Saute garlic in butter, followed by flour.

Add stock, cream, dijon mustard and thyme.

Add parmesan cheese to make creamy sauce.

Stir in roasted mushroom in the sauce.
