Vegetarian  Shepherd's Pie

Warm and cozy Vegetarian Shepherd's Pie has a meaty texture from Lentils and vegetables, a flavourful wine-based gravy, and then topped with a creamy layer of mashed potato.

Add garlic and onion to warm oil

Add celery, carrot, bay leaf and herbs. Saute until aromatic.

Add mushroom, lentil, Tomato paste and flour

Stir in red wine, Vegetable Stock

Add green peas and mix. 

Put the vegetable lentil mixture in a bake safe dish.

Top it with mashed potato.

Bake until it is brown around the edges.
