Sheet pan Sausage and potatoes

Sausage, potatoes, beans and onion tossed in a spicy dressing and baked in a sheet pan, is a fuss free dinner to make for the family.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams Smoked Chicken Sausage
  • 400 grams Potato
  • 250 grams Green beans
  • 1 large Onion

Seasoning

  • cup Melted Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a very large sheet pan (15x21-inches) with parchment paper for easier clean-up (optional).

Make Seasoning Mix

  • In a small bowl mix all the ingredients mentione under seasoning. Keep aside.

Prep Vegetables

  • Cut potatoes in to 1 inch cubes. If using baby potatoes, halve them or cut into quaters. Make sure potatoes are cut into same size for even cooking.
  • String and cut beans to half. Slice the onion.
  • Cut sauage into rounds.

Assemble and Bake

  • Toss potatoes in half of the seasoning. Arrange in one half of the prepared pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • While the potatoes are in the oven, toss sausage, beans and onion in rest of the seasonig.
  • Remove the pan from the oven, toss potatoes. Add seasoned sausage and veggies to the pan. Spread evenly to avoid overlapping of the veggies.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Remove the pan, using a spatula toss and flip the sausage and veggies.
  • Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until the veggies are cooked and slightly crispy.
