1. Pre-Heat oven at 375 degree Celsius. Prepare muffin tray by lining Paper liners or grease it.
In a big mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients. Mix well.
In another bowl beat 2 eggs lightly. Add honey, melted butter and milk to egg. Mix everything
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until everything just incorporated. Don't overmix. A little bit of dry ingredient here and it is absolutely fine.
Using a small ice-cream scoop, fill the cup till ¼. At the middle spoon ¼ tsp. Fill rest of ½ with the batter. Fill all the liner cups similarly with batter and jam.
Bake in the middle oven rack for 18-20 minute or till wooden skewer comes out clean.
These muffins are best-served warm.
