Papaya Smoothie

This creamy papaya smoothie is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. With no added sugar this smoothie makes for a great breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups papaya ripe chopped
  • 1 cup banana chopped, frozen
  • 2-3 dates adjust as per the taste
  • 3 cups milk Chilled, use diary free milk if preffered
  • Chocolate Shaving for garnishing (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredient except garnishing in a blender. Blend to a smooth consistency. Note: To make it easier you can also soak the dates in milk for 15-20 minutes.
  • Garnish with chocolate shaving if required. Serve immediately.
