PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS
This healthy Parmesan Cauliflower Fritters are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. perfect for guilt-free snacking.

- 1 Medium cauliflower
- 1 egg Whisk one egg and use half of it
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup All purpose Flour
- Salt to taste
Break Cauliflower into small florets. Clean and make cauliflower rice (it should be around 2.5 cups)
In a big mixing bowl, add cauliflower rice, beaten egg, parmesan cheese, salt, paprika, garlic powder and arrowroot powder.
Mix everything well.
Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture. Make patties using both the palms.
Lightly grease a pan and place the patties, leaving little space between each.
Cook on meduim heat for 3-4 minutes or till it looks crisp and golden in color. Flip and cook the other side till crisp and golden brown in color.
Serve warm with a cooling dip.
- Let the fritters cook on one side undisturbed before flipping.
- You can also add some chopped fresh green onion to the mixture.
