PARMESAN CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS

This healthy Parmesan Cauliflower Fritters are crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. perfect for guilt-free snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 Medium cauliflower
  • 1 egg Whisk one egg and use half of it
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ cup All purpose Flour
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Break Cauliflower into small florets. Clean and make cauliflower rice (it should be around 2.5 cups)
  • In a big mixing bowl, add cauliflower rice, beaten egg, parmesan cheese, salt, paprika, garlic powder and arrowroot powder.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Take a heaping tablespoon of the mixture. Make patties using both the palms.
  • Lightly grease a pan and place the patties, leaving little space between each.
  • Cook on meduim heat for 3-4 minutes or till it looks crisp and golden in color. Flip and cook the other side till crisp and golden brown in color.
  • Serve warm with a cooling dip.

Notes

  • Let the fritters cook on one side undisturbed before flipping.
  • You can also add some chopped fresh green onion to the mixture.
