Chicken Asparagus Stir Fry Rice Noodles

  • 8 ounce Rice Noodles
  • 2 tbspn vegetable oil
  • 10 Ounce boneless skinless chicken breast Cubed
  • 1 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or Any Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Dark soy sauce (Gluten Free Variant)
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar / Palm Sugar
  • 1 tbspn Fish Suace
  • Salt and Pepper as per taste
  • Chopped Green Onion for Garnish


  1. Soak rice noodles in warm water for 15-20 minutes/as per package instruction.
  2. In a pan or wok heat oil.
  3. Add chicken pieces. Fry for 30 Seconds.
  4. Add minced garlic. Stir for 30 seconds.
  5. Then add asparagus followed by hot red sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar.
  6. Add soaked rice noodles.
  7. Season with fish sauce.
  8. This fish sauce is gluten free, doesn't have any added water, or preservatives.
  9. Toss everything well on high heat, until the noodles is coated well.
  10. Sprinkle chopped Green Onion.
  11. Serve immediately.
