Apple Coconut Turnovers with Coffee Glaze

Apple Coconut Turnovers are the perfect treat in this chilled weather. Flakey puff pastries stuffed with apple and coconut flakes, spiked with warm cinnamon. The dark coffee glaze drizzled on on top is the best part in todays recipe. The bitter sweet glaze beautifully balances the flavours. The glaze is my latest favourite. This drizzle works like charm on cinnamon rolls too.
