Mix all the ingredients for the cream cheese mixture. Room temperature cream cheese will make the mix spreadable.
Equally divide the cream cheese mixture between 2 bread slices. Place another bread slice on top to make a sandwich.
Beat together eggs, dijon mustard, milk, salt and pepper.
Add stuffed bread slices to the egg mixture and coat both sides. Let the bread sit in the egg mixture for 5 minutes and soak the liquid.
Heat butter in a skillet. Cook stuffed bread on medium heat until both sides look light golden brown in color and when you touch it doesn't feel wet ( that means no raw egg mix on the bread).
