Ingredients

  • 2 large Bananas sliced and frozen
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Milk of your choice
  • ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • Maple syrup to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend it smooth.
  • Serve chilled with your favourite topping.

Notes

  1. Frozen bananas make the smoothies extra creamy and thick. You can also use fresh banana slices.
  2. Use any milk of your choice, I have used chocolate flavored Lamond milk here.
  3. Insta oats also work in smoothies.
  4. Add a dash of vanilla extract if you wish.
