Pineapple soft serve ice cream
Made with real fruit, this pineapple soft serve creamy and has all the tropical vibe.

- 2.5-3 cups frozen pineapple (cut into smaller chunks)
- ⅓ cup coconut cream
- ⅓ cup sweetened condensed milk
Add frozen pineapple chunks, coconut cream and condensed milk in a blender. Blend it in medium speed unitl smooth and no chunks of fruits left.
Serve with a sprinkle of toasted coconut and sliced pineapple
- You can use canned pineapple too. Becuase canned pineapple slices are already in sugar syrup, you might want to adjust the amount of condensed milk.
- For intense pineapple flavour, you can add a drop of pineapple extract.
- I sometimes add a small banana sliced and frozen to it.
